2. Subscription Cancellation

• Schools or customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals only.
• Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Since Data Pix CRM is a cloud-based software (SaaS) platform, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Incorrect amount charged by mistake.
• Payment processed successfully but the account was never activated due to our technical issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Used subscription periods.
• Customized software development.
• Implementation or setup charges.
• Training services.
• Printed ID cards already produced or delivered.
• Third-party service charges.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but money is deducted from your bank account, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway. If not, please contact our support team with your payment details.
